BCI Green Court, Eco-friendly Multipurpose Space was ceremonially blessed and opened by His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith, under the patronage of Mr. Rohan de Silva, Chairman, McLarens Group.
BCI Green Court, Eco-friendly Multipurpose Space with a number of gathering areas will create a natural socializing environment required to build and bond that collaborative community. This Eco-friendly space not only facilitate bonding among people and most importantly their union with nature.
`Green Court’ is an environmentally sustainable multi-purpose mini-complex comprised of six main sections:

- Mini-Conference Facility

Central Gathering Area
The Central Space of the Green Court will serve as the main gathering area for dining and socializing purposes. Further, it will be the waiting of the visitors to the Campus. The seating capacity is 144.
Food Display Area
Food Display Area has three sections to serve beverages, Sweet and Savouries and Food items for lunch and breakfast.
Student Gathering Area
Student Gathering Area is a space for students to come together for group discussions and activities or to enjoy some relaxing time with friends. This section will also provide facilities to recharge their devices such as laptops, smartphones and etc. The seating capacity of the space is 76.
Staff Gathering Area
Staff Gathering Area creates a comfortable space for the staff of BCI to come together for dining and relaxing purposes. The space can accommodate 82 persons at a given time.
Mini-Conference Facility
Mini-Conference Facility is ideal for hold discussions, seminars and training sessions. The facility can accommodate 100 participants.
State-of-the-Art Kitchen
The main function of the kitchen is to serve the Campus Cafeteria enabling it to offer a range meal covering breakfast and lunch. Further, it will be equipped with state-of-the-art gadgets and appliances as it will be also used for teaching purposes when courses related to hospitality management are launched.
Truly Green
Surrounded by rich foliage of Kumbuk, Magual Karanda and other indigenous trees, BCI Green Court is truly green with ample natural ventilation and the cool breeze coming from large water bodies in its immediate vicinity.
