BCI Campus had another special event recently. It was the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the new Green Cafeteria for students at BCI campus. This was held on the 27th of February 2021. This will provide many facilities to all the students and staff of the campus. This event marked another milestone of the esteemed BCI campus.
The Chairman of the Omega Line Group, Mr. Vincenzo Joppolo, who was awarded Cavaliere by Italian Government about 10 years back, together with His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith were the chief guests at this occasion. Rev. Fr. Quintus Fernando – the Rector of the Campus & the Heads of the Departments joined the occasion.
The Foundation Stone was blessed with a prayer service presided over by His Eminence. The blessed foundation was placed by the honoured Guests.
A presentation about the History and the future plans of the campus were explained by Rev. Fr. Quintus Fernando. After the simple ceremonial function, the guests were welcomed for a fellowship dinner.
